The Chatbot’s operator grants Users a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Chatbot for the purpose of obtaining information, assistance, or other Services through natural language communication with the Chatbot. This license is revocable at any time and for any reason at the sole discretion of the Chatbot’s operator.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit the Chatbot in any way without the express written permission of the Chatbot operators. Users are solely responsible for their use of the Chatbot and its responses, and for any consequences of that use.

Permitted use of the Chatbot and its content

Users may access and use the Chatbot for the purpose of obtaining information, assistance, or other Services through natural language communication with the Chatbot. The Chatbot is intended for commercial and non-commercial use, and Users may use the Chatbot and its responses for any legal purpose.

Users may not use the Chatbot or its responses in any way that infringes the rights of OpenAI or any third party, or that otherwise violates the law. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Chatbot and its responses complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Users are also responsible for obtaining any rights, permissions, or licenses that may be required for their use of the Chatbot and its responses.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit the Chatbot or its responses in any way without the express written permission of OpenAI. To request permission, Users should contact OpenAI using the information provided in the OpenAI API agreement. OpenAI reserves the right to grant or deny permission at its sole discretion.

The Chatbot’s operator is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any responses generated by the Chatbot. The Chatbot’s operator is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the responses generated by the Chatbot. The Chatbot’s operator is not responsible for any decisions or actions taken by Users based on their use of the Chatbot or its responses.

Requirement to credit the Chatbot

Users are required to credit the Chatbot whenever they use the Chatbot or its responses. Users must make it clear that the responses are generated by the Chatbot and are not the opinions or statements of an individual person. Users must also include a disclaimer stating that there is no guarantee for the correctness of the responses.

A suitable form of credit and disclaimer would be: “This response was generated by the omaps.me, a Chatbot powered by GPT-3 technology. The response is for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not intended to provide professional advice. There is no guarantee for the correctness of the response.”

Users must include the credit and disclaimer in a prominent and easily accessible location whenever they use the Chatbot or its responses. If the Chatbot or its responses are used in a publicly available forum or platform, the credit and disclaimer must be included in the original post or content. If the Chatbot or its responses are shared or reposted by others, the credit and disclaimer must be included in the shared or reposted content.

The Chatbot’s operator reserves the right to terminate or limit a User’s access to the Chatbot if the User fails to credit the Chatbot or include the required disclaimer. The Chatbot’s operator also reserves the right to take legal action against any User that misrepresents the Chatbot or its responses as being produced by a human or as being guaranteed to be correct.

V. Payment and Refunds

Payment processing through Paddle
